Life Coaching
Sometimes you may no longer need psychotherapy but still want support as you work toward personal or professional goals. Life coaching offers a practical, future-focused approach to areas such as career development, life transitions, organization, stress management, leadership growth, confidence, and identifying what comes next.
Life coaching is a self-pay service and is not psychotherapy or treatment for a mental health condition. Coaching sessions are not billed to health insurance and are not intended to replace clinically necessary mental health treatment.
Life Coaching Rates
60-minute session: $150
45-minute session: $105
If your needs indicate that psychotherapy or another level of clinical care would be more appropriate, we will discuss treatment options and help you determine the appropriate next step.
Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns. It may support stress reduction, anxiety management, emotional well-being, and positive behavior change while you remain aware and in control throughout the process.

Clinical Supervision
Build your skills, confidence, and professional identity with supportive, experienced clinical supervision.
Sea Glass Counseling Collaborative offers clinical supervision for clinicians working toward independent licensure. Supervision provides a collaborative space to strengthen clinical skills, explore case conceptualization, navigate ethical and professional challenges, and develop greater confidence in your work as a clinician.
Our supervisors bring extensive clinical experience and diverse areas of expertise, allowing supervisees to learn from experienced professionals while developing their own therapeutic style and professional identity.
Individual Clinical Supervision — $100 per hour
Group Clinical Supervision — $60 per person, per session
Supervision is provided in accordance with applicable North Carolina licensing board requirements. Availability, eligibility, and supervision requirements vary by license type and supervisor.
