Introducing December 1, 2026

Opus Sound Bed

Let this moment ask nothing of you. Experience deep restoration through vibroacoustic sound therapy available as a standalone session or as a powerful complement to your therapy work.

What Is the Opus Sound Bed?

The Opus Sound Bed is a state-of-the-art vibroacoustic therapy system that delivers therapeutic sound frequencies directly through the body. As you lie on the bed, low-frequency sound waves travel through specially designed transducers, creating a full-body resonance experience that is deeply calming and restorative.

Unlike traditional sound baths, the Opus works from the inside out the vibrations are felt as much as heard, reaching the nervous system at a cellular level. Sessions are fully clothed, non-invasive, and require nothing from you except the willingness to receive.

Benefits of Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy

Research-supported benefits for mind, body, and nervous system

Nervous System Regulation

Low-frequency vibrations activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest.

Stress & Anxiety Relief

Studies show vibroacoustic therapy significantly reduces cortisol levels and subjective feelings of stress and anxiety.

Improved Sleep

Regular sessions support healthier sleep cycles by calming the nervous system and reducing hyperarousal.

Trauma Processing Support

When paired with therapy, sound vibration can help the body release stored tension and support somatic trauma processing.

Pain & Tension Reduction

Vibroacoustic frequencies have been shown to reduce chronic pain, muscle tension, and inflammation.

Mood Enhancement

Sessions promote the release of serotonin and dopamine, supporting emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

Paired With Therapy

The Opus Sound Bed is a natural complement to the therapeutic work you're already doing. When used before or after a session, vibroacoustic therapy can help quiet the nervous system so you arrive more open and regulated ready to go deeper.

Your therapist may recommend the Opus as part of a somatic approach, particularly for clients working through anxiety, trauma, or stress-related concerns. Ask your therapist whether adding a sound bed session to your care plan makes sense for you.

Common Questions

Do I need to undress?+

No. Sessions are fully clothed. We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Is it safe for everyone?+

Vibroacoustic therapy is safe for most people. We do not recommend it for those with pacemakers, active infections, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please let us know about any health conditions when booking.

What does it feel like?+

Most people describe a warm, buzzing sensation throughout the body like being gently held by sound. Many fall into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Some people fall asleep.

How many sessions do I need?+

Even a single session can produce noticeable effects. For lasting nervous system change, we recommend a series of 4 to 6 sessions over several weeks.

Can I use it if I'm not in therapy?+

Absolutely. The Opus Sound Bed is available to anyone you do not need to be a current therapy client to book a standalone session.
