At Sea Glass Counseling Collaborative, we understand that every therapist's journey is unique, and finding the right company match is essential for professional growth and satisfaction. We are currently looking to expand our team by adding therapists who can offer services that complement our existing offerings. Specifically, we are seeking therapists trained in EMDR, as well as those who have a passion for working with younger children and older adults. While we also have opportunities for therapists to provide telehealth services, we want to note that these caseloads can be more challenging to fill. - Licensed Therapists (LCMHC, LCSW, or similar credentials): If you’re a licensed therapist with a passion for helping others and a strong foundation in clinical skills, we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates are compassionate, committed to providing high-quality care, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
